Red Foundry partnered with Shorr Packaging, an award-winning distributor of packaging products, to modernize their legacy iPad application, Intellistock v1. The application, used by warehouse managers and sales representatives, had reached its breaking point due to Shorr's growth and could not support more sophisticated customer needs, complex orders, or new platforms. The project faced challenges from a complex, undocumented codebase and the need to maintain functionality in warehouses with weak internet connectivity.

Red Foundry replatformed the application using React Native and React Native for Web, creating Intellistock v2. This provided a modernized UI/UX and cross-platform support for iOS, Android, and web. The solution included a SQLite database for offline functionality, a catalog cloning feature that reduced warehouse setup time from hours to minutes, and new advanced forecasting capabilities. By rebuilding the application, Red Foundry delivered a future-proof platform that streamlined operations and supported Shorr's continued business growth.
