The UAE Government Portal sought to create a central digital hub to serve its diverse population by making all government services easily accessible online. Red Blue Blur Ideas (RBBi) implemented a user-centered solution by following the Google Ventures Design Sprint methodology, conducting extensive qualitative research, and prioritizing mobile-first design and AAA accessibility. The resulting portal featured an A-Z service index, support for 50+ languages via Google Translate, and an interactive map for locating government entities. This created a scalable, widely accessible smart government portal that successfully reflected the country's culture and catered to its entire population.
