Red Badger partnered with the Haller Foundation, a UK-based charity supporting Kenyan farmers, to address the challenge of delivering agricultural training. With only one extension officer for every 1,000 farmers, the foundation's outreach was slow and inefficient. They needed a way to leverage the country's growing smartphone ownership to extend their initiatives to a wider audience.

Working pro bono, Red Badger developed a lightweight mobile app under 1MB that featured multilingual support in English and Swahili, including an audio function. A tested prototype was delivered within five months. The solution successfully launched in Nairobi less than a year after the project began and was immediately adopted by farmers, with potential for expansion across Africa.
