Diamond Parking, the oldest parking company in the world with 2,000+ locations across North America, faced unsustainable, highly customized AS/400 systems and a spreadsheet-driven billing process that couldn’t handle complex landlord revenue-sharing, seasonal adjustments and contract variations. To modernize, Diamond Parking chose NetSuite as its ERP and engaged RecVue as the contract management and billing partner to replace the closed legacy stack and give field managers real-time access to contracts, P&L and invoicing.
RecVue’s billing, data mediation and partner compensation modules were implemented alongside NetSuite (go-live October 2020) and linked via APIs so RecVue performs the detailed calculations NetSuite can’t, then pushes standardized results back for invoicing. The new RecVue-enabled flow now automatically generates about 90% of bills with high accuracy, unifies parking and property accounting (saving roughly $50K annually in licensing/outsourcing), and delivers much better reporting and invoicing accuracy while streamlining month-end processes.
