Complex B2B contracts, recurring revenue rules, amendments and the need to simulate new subscription models created heavy manual workarounds and strained back-office operations. They needed a modern recurring billing and revenue recognition platform such as RecVue to consolidate and automate billing across the business.
RecVue was selected (originally by Lightower and then recommended across Crown Castle) to automate Order-to-Invoicing and revenue management, integrating with CRM and Oracle ERP Cloud and supporting one-time, subscription and consumption billing. As a result, RecVue enabled real-time contract billing, eliminated manual workarounds, and let the company process 60,000 billing lines for $1.2B while absorbing a 25% revenue increase with no additional headcount—improving time-to-close, reducing errors, and preventing revenue leakage.
