Harvey Nichols, a luxury retailer, partnered with vendor Recruitive in 2016. Their challenge was to procure an applicant tracking system and a new careers website to better promote their employer brand and advertise their various career opportunities.

Recruitive implemented the careers website and applicant tracking system, which launched in late 2017. This solution successfully generated over 20,000 applications and 50,000 candidate registrations. Recruitive continued to develop the platform to assist line managers and later worked with Harvey Nichols' marketing department to realign the careers site with new branding in 2023.
