Stora Enso, a global provider of renewable solutions, needed to fill 27 trainee positions from a pool of 2,700 applicants and required a scalable, objective way to screen candidates across multiple locations. To meet this challenge they used Recright’s video interview tool as part of their selection process.
Recright’s solution was integrated into a six-step recruitment workflow and used for 300 candidates, who received a business case to present in a three-minute video plus two follow-up questions; hiring managers then reviewed the recordings to shortlist in-person interviews. Recright helped Stora Enso select 27 trainees efficiently, reduced unnecessary travel, sped up the large-scale program completion, and improved candidate differentiation and manager evaluation.
