Pro-Source is a Finnish executive search and recruitment firm that faced difficulty reaching and screening senior, often globe‑trotting candidates—for example, an International Sales Executive search drew 80 applicants who were hard to schedule for live interviews. To solve this, Pro-Source adopted Recright’s video interviewing solution to screen candidates more efficiently and flexibly.

Using Recright, Pro-Source invited top candidates to record video responses (they conducted 44 video interviews in this programme), which made it easier to evaluate body language, communication and fit even when candidates responded from abroad. The result: the hit rate for presented candidates rose from about 10% to roughly 33%—“every third candidate” introduced was hired—and candidates reported the video process as more convenient and positive.
