Premico, a small Finnish real estate investment and management company, needed to hire a finance specialist but had limited HR time and wanted a better way to assess candidates beyond resumes. HR Manager Maija Kauppinen turned to Recright’s video interviewing tool to let more applicants present themselves and to screen effectively before committing to in-person interviews.

Using Recright, Premico conducted 11 video interviews; only one candidate, Niina Miettinen, was invited to a face-to-face interview and was subsequently hired. Recright’s platform and onboarding tips saved time and resources, produced more thoughtful candidate responses (including the option to re-record), and reduced in-person interviewing to a single, focused meeting—clearly improving hiring efficiency.
