NKT, a global provider of high-quality power cable technology, needed a faster and more efficient way to screen candidates as it grew rapidly to support the green energy transition. Before working with Recright, recruiters and hiring managers spent significant time reviewing CVs, scheduling phone interviews, and comparing notes manually, while also looking for ways to reduce unconscious bias in hiring.

Recright implemented video interviews for NKT, replacing traditional phone screening with a more digital, collaborative review process. Recruiters and hiring managers could assess candidates asynchronously, comment and score together in the platform, and involve managers earlier in the process. According to NKT, Recright increased their hit rate, reduced the number of interviews needed, improved employer branding, and saved a lot of time by eliminating phone interviews, scheduling, and feedback meetings.
