NTUC Link, operator of Singapore’s Plus! rewards programme with over 2 million members, needed to streamline hiring for managers with tight schedules and move away from email-based applications to a basic ATS/career site. To solve this, NTUC Link began using Recright’s video interview platform in early 2018.

Recright delivered a simple, quick-to-use video interviewing solution and career-site functionality that NTUC Link used to run standardized, asynchronous screens (they conducted 18 video interviews), especially for internship and graduate hiring across technology, data, sales and finance roles. The Recright tool increased hiring efficiency by removing the need to align schedules, ensured all candidates were asked the same questions, and made the process more appealing to tech‑savvy candidates.
