Lassila & Tikanoja (L&T), a Finnish service sector company, needed to find a more efficient and cost-effective way to recruit skilled, customer-oriented employees while maintaining a positive employer image. To address this challenge, they utilized the Recright video interview tool.

Recright's solution allowed L&T to quickly assess candidates' substance competence and provide a glimpse of company culture. The tool was implemented for recruiting customer service, HR, IT, and service manager positions. In one instance, 41 out of 47 invited applicants completed their video interviews, saving significant time for both recruiters and candidates and enabling L&T to find the best candidates more easily. Feedback from applicants on the process was positive.
