HR4 (formerly HR4 Solutions, now part of Accountor), a Finland-based HR and outsourcing firm operating across Northern Europe, needed a faster, more scalable way to screen large applicant pools and give clients a strong first impression of finalists. To streamline first-round screening and supplement resumes and cover letters, HR4 adopted Recright’s video interview platform.

Using Recright video interviews as an initial screening tool, HR4 evaluated roughly 150 video interviews and reports being able to review about 20 interviews in an hour versus only a few phone screens, speeding selection and reducing unnecessary face-to-face interviews. Clients and candidates responded positively, and Recright helped assess presentation skills, personality and language fluency more effectively, improving shortlist quality and recruiter efficiency.
