Lassila & Tikanoja is a Finnish service company (founded 1905) that employs about 8,100 people in Finland and Sweden and aims to turn consumer society into an efficient recycling society. Faced with high-volume, customer-facing hiring needs, L&T needed a faster, cost-effective way to assess candidates while preserving a positive employer image — so they turned to Recright's video interview tool.

Recright’s video interviewing was deployed across customer service, HR, IT, service manager recruitments and summer hires; for one customer service drive L&T invited 47 applicants and received 41 video replies.
