Lassila & Tikanoja is a Finnish service company (founded 1905) that employs about 8,100 people in Finland and Sweden and aims to turn consumer society into an efficient recycling society. Faced with high-volume, customer-facing hiring needs, L&T needed a faster, cost-effective way to assess candidates while preserving a positive employer image — so they turned to Recright's video interview tool.

Recright’s video interviewing was deployed across customer service, HR, IT, service manager recruitments and summer hires; for one customer service drive L&T invited 47 applicants and received 41 video replies. The solution let managers quickly gauge candidates’ competence and convey company culture, saved time for both recruiters and applicants, produced positive feedback, and helped L&T identify the best candidates more efficiently.
