Reaktor, a technology consultancy and digital product company operating in seven countries with 550 employees, wanted to find candidates who fit its unique culture while improving its summer recruitment process. The challenge was to stand out in a competitive talent market and identify people whose personalities and values aligned with the company, not just their resumes. Recright’s video interview platform was used as part of the hiring process.
Recright helped Reaktor add video interviews to its recruitment campaign, giving candidates a more relaxed way to show personality and creativity while involving future team members in evaluation. The approach strengthened employer branding, doubled the number of applications compared with the previous year, and led to 108 video interviews, about half of which progressed to face-to-face interviews; 7 candidates were ultimately hired.
