Airpro, a Finnish ground handling and passenger services provider operating at 16 airports, needed to efficiently hire summer security staff who must be energetic, customer-service oriented and have strong language skills. To manage a large response (453 applications) and improve screening, Airpro used Recright’s video interviewing tool to add a video interview alongside the written application.
