First National Bankers Bank (FNBB), a $1.0B bankers’ bank serving over 700 community banks, faced fragmented, manual reconciliation processes after consolidating three regional bankers’ banks—relying on Access databases, Excel spreadsheets, and heavy IT support for Fed and correspondent reconciliations.
