Bankers’ Bank Northeast (BBN), a correspondent bank serving community financial institutions in New England, New York and New Jersey, needed to automate bank‑wide reconciliations that were being handled manually. BBN sought a solution to match growing volumes of transactions from its Federal Reserve account and to automate a suspense account for ACH flows—tasks that, when errors occurred, could take days to research and resolve. BBN selected the ReconArt platform to improve reporting, control and operational efficiency.
