To recognize individual preferences, balance personalization with discovery, find similar products, and deliver real‑time responses under large traffic, Design Group selected Recombee’s recommendation engine to provide a complex, customizable recommendation solution.

Recombee deployed automatic personalized recommendations across product pages (Also See, Other Interesting Products) and the shopping cart (Others Have Also Bought), building a model per user with real‑time updates and automated feature engineering. Recombee’s solution produced a 52% increase in number of purchases, increased recommendation relevancy, saved staff time and manual content costs, and delivered a noticeably improved shopper experience.
