Triola, a Czech lingerie and swimwear brand with over 100 years of history, faced difficulty helping shoppers find the right styles and fits from a large catalog, resulting in high bounce rates and limited repeat purchases. To solve this, Triola partnered with Recombee, using Recombee’s AI-powered recommendation engine (integrated via Targito) to deliver behavior- and attribute-driven personalization across online and in-store data.
Recombee implemented real-time personalized recommendations across the homepage, product pages, shopping cart, search, and email (scenarios like personalized search, category sorting, cross-sell and “You May Also Like”), fed by interactions sent from Targito. The result: 10% of total orders now come from recommendations, a 10% increase in average order value, a 3.7% cost-revenue ratio, lower bounce rates, longer sessions and more returning customers—demonstrating clear sales and engagement gains from Recombee’s solution.
