Audiomack, a global music-sharing and discovery platform with millions of users, needed to overcome the challenge of providing highly personalized content recommendations. Their existing system could only recommend globally popular content, so they partnered with Recombee to implement a state-of-the-art AI recommender system that could tailor suggestions one-on-one in real-time.

Recombee developed a custom solution involving a complex ensemble of models, including collaborative filtering and reinforcement learning, processed in real-time. This implementation delivered significant results for Audiomack, including a 206% increase in monthly plays and a 67% increase in weekly account follows originating from recommendations. The Recombee-powered module became the best-performing feature in the app's Discovery tab.
