Starlight Children's Foundation needed to understand the impact of its services and connect with seriously ill children and healthcare professionals across the UK, but in-person and telephone methods were logistically difficult. They turned to Recollective's online research platform to digitally engage their users and gather essential feedback.

Using Recollective, Starlight created an engaging online community to collect multimedia feedback, stories, and insights directly from children and medical staff. This direct input allowed Starlight to permanently launch a new 'Story Box' service, plan future pilot studies using the platform, and make impactful decisions that improve the lives of children.
