A Recollective Case Study
Cambridge University Press, a publisher of academic and educational materials, faced the challenge of fragmented and siloed consumer research. Their diverse global customer base included teachers and academics, but they had no effective way to maintain a direct connection to understand evolving needs. They partnered with Recollective to centralize their research efforts and strengthen consumer relationships.
The solution was an ongoing insight community built on the Recollective platform. This allowed Cambridge University Press to consolidate research, engage in continuous dialogue, and use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods. As a result, the community grew from 400 to 2,000 members, enabling the Press to gain meaningful insights, optimize classroom resources, and expand the use of Recollective across all its divisions.
