Reco, a SaaS security platform, conducted security research for major technology companies that were concerned about AI-powered threats autonomously exploiting vulnerabilities in their Salesforce Experience Cloud sites. These companies, which invest heavily in security, faced the challenge that their existing defenses might not be prepared for AI agents that can perform end-to-end attacks without human guidance.

Reco built an AI-powered security assessment agent to autonomously find and exploit vulnerabilities. The Reco agent discovered high-severity issues, including data exposure and SOQL injection, leading to the extraction of real PII from the targeted sites. This research demonstrated to the companies the urgent need to reassess their security posture and provided them with actionable findings to improve their defenses.
