Tokoroa Little Theatre, a volunteer-run non-profit playhouse in New Zealand, struggled with time-consuming, error-prone manual bookkeeping that left its treasurer and committee without clear financial insights. As a result, the theatre reduced accounting time from 15 to 5 hours per month, can assess individual show profitability, and now delivers clearer financial reports to the committee, improving decision-making and financial confidence.
