Watford Football Club, known as The Hornets, wanted to extend its stadium accessibility work into the digital realm to better support people with hidden disabilities, visual impairments and supporters who speak English as a second language. To meet this brief they partnered with Recite Me and its assistive technology — implementing the Recite Me toolbar on their website.

Recite Me’s accessibility and language toolbar was added to Watford Football Club’s new inclusive site, offering a screen reader, styling options, reading support and translation into over 100 languages with 35 text‑to‑speech voices. The solution gives fans full control to customise and access content barrier‑free, strengthening the club’s provision for supporters with hidden disabilities and making information easier to reach for a wider, international audience.
