The Prince's Trust - Customer Case Study

The Prince’s Trust is a UK charity founded in 1976 that supports 11–30‑year‑olds who are unemployed or at risk, and last year helped nearly 60,000 young people. To reach and support as many young people as possible, The Prince’s Trust needed its website to be fully accessible, so it partnered with Recite Me and installed the Recite Me toolbar to improve online accessibility.

Recite Me’s toolbar — in place on The Prince’s Trust website for several years — lets users adjust font size, font and background colours, use text‑to‑speech, and translate content into over 100 languages. Recite Me has made the site easier to use and more inclusive, supporting the Trust’s efforts to meet web accessibility standards and providing reading and translation support that staff describe as an essential part of their accessibility programme.
