The Inn Collection Group, which operates inns across Northumberland, County Durham, Cumbria and North Yorkshire, wanted to make its online booking and information services accessible to everyone — including customers with disabilities and those who speak English as a second language. To achieve this, The Inn Collection Group partnered with Recite Me and adopted the Recite Me assistive toolbar to extend accessibility across their digital estate.

Recite Me deployed its assistive toolbar across all 11 Inn Collection Group websites, providing styling, reading, audio and live translation tools (over 100 languages and 35 text‑to‑speech voices), plus a screen reader with word‑by‑word highlighting and adjustable speed. As a result, visitors can customise content to their needs and book rooms and reservations hassle‑free, improving inclusivity and helping guests make informed decisions online.
