The Grey Matter Group - Customer Case Study

The Grey Matter Group, a provider of online learning and assessments for health and social care organisations, needed to improve website accessibility—particularly for people with dyslexia and for learners who do not speak English as a first language—after reviewing its processes in 2017. To meet this challenge it partnered with Recite Me and implemented the Recite Me toolbar on its site.

Recite Me’s toolbar gives The Grey Matter Group’s users options to change font type and size, adjust text and background colours, use a dictionary and thesaurus, translate content, and have text read aloud. By adding Recite Me, The Grey Matter Group broadened accessibility for learners with disabilities and non‑native English speakers, improving access to its online learning and assessment materials across a diverse UK workforce.
