Sefton Council, the governing body for the Metropolitan Borough of Sefton, sought to make its website inclusive and accessible to its diverse population. This was crucial for communicating vital public health information during the COVID-19 pandemic. The implementation has empowered residents, with one user noting the features helped them understand information needed to stay independent. Recite Me successfully helped the council ensure all its information is delivered in a format that suits the needs of its community.
