Search Consultancy, one of the UK's largest recruitment consultancies with 14 offices and 30 years’ experience, needed its website to be accessible to clients, candidates and temps so it could support everyone through the recruitment process and stay ahead of digital change. To meet this challenge they partnered with Recite Me to add accessibility and language support to search.co.uk.

Recite Me’s assistive technology toolbar was implemented to let visitors customise the site — offering text-to-speech, fully customisable styling, reading aids and a translation tool with 100+ languages and 35 voices — so people with disabilities, learning differences and those who speak English as a second language can engage with content. The Recite Me solution made Search Consultancy’s jobs and services available to a wider, more diverse audience and supports candidates on their digital job hunt, fulfilling the company’s goal of opening roles to “as wide an audience as we can.”
