Rullion, the 16th largest recruitment company in the UK, needed to strengthen its online accessibility so candidates with disabilities and those who speak English as a second language could find and apply for roles with ease. To meet this challenge they partnered with Recite Me and implemented the Recite Me toolbar across their website and careers site as part of a wider commitment to inclusion.

Recite Me provided a toolkit of accessibility features—audio screen reader, styling options, reading support (ruler, screen mask, text-only mode) and on-demand translation—so visitors can customise font, colour and layout and translate content into over 100 languages (35 with text-to-speech). By integrating Recite Me across Rullion’s main site and careers portal, Rullion has ensured broader access and equal opportunity for candidates, with measurable reach from full-site coverage and 100+ language translation capability.
