Case Study: London City Airport achieves improved web accessibility and multilingual support with Recite Me

A Recite Me Case Study

Preview of the London City Airport Case Study

London City Airport - Customer Case Study

London City Airport, one of the UK’s fastest-growing airports with plans to handle 8 million passengers per year, needed to make its website accessible to an increasingly diverse, international and disability-varied customer base. To meet this challenge the airport partnered with Recite Me to add on-site accessibility and live translation functionality.

Recite Me’s assistive toolbar was implemented to provide audio, styling and reading controls plus translation into over 100 languages and 35 text‑to‑speech voices, allowing visitors to customise the site to their needs. The solution made travel information easier to read and understand, improved visitor time on site, and helped London City Airport deliver the same high level of service online as they do in person.
