Investigo Recruitment, a global recruitment firm operating across sectors including accountancy, finance and technology, needed to make its site more accessible to reduce candidates’ barriers to entry and support its status as a Disability Confident employer. To achieve this without a full redesign, Investigo turned to Recite Me and its on‑site accessibility tools.

Recite Me was implemented onto Investigo Recruitment’s existing website, allowing visitors to toggle an accessible version with features like adjustable fonts, color controls, reading aloud and translation. The vendor’s solution avoided a timely and expensive website overhaul, was deployed almost instantly (“one day we didn’t have Recite Me, the next day we did”), and made job-searching less stressful for users with disabilities while helping Investigo meet its internal and client-facing accessibility goals.
