Guidant Global, an award-winning recruitment outsourcing provider and part of Impellam, wanted to make its website fully accessible to the widest possible audience as part of its drive to promote disability confidence in recruitment. To meet this challenge it partnered with Recite Me, adding the Recite Me accessibility and language toolbar to its site.

Recite Me’s toolbar was implemented to provide adjustable font sizing and contrast, text-to-speech, and translation into over 100 languages, allowing visitors with sight loss, mobility or cognitive impairments to access content in the way that works best for them. By adding Recite Me, Guidant Global says it has taken a key step toward creating a more disability-confident, inclusive recruitment process and ensuring disabled jobseekers can access and engage with its digital services.
