To meet this brief, GWR partnered with Recite Me to add digital accessibility tools to its site.
Recite Me was integrated into GWR’s website, offering audio, styling, reading aids and translation into over 100 languages so customers can buy tickets, check timetables, view travel news and book assisted travel more easily. The Recite Me solution has helped GWR make its site accessible to the one in five people in the UK (about 13 million), boosting digital inclusion and customer confidence.
