Get Into Theatre is the UK’s leading theatre careers website helping young people find jobs, training and apprenticeships in the industry. After consulting diverse communities, including people with disabilities, the team identified that unequal access to information was a major barrier — so Get Into Theatre chose the Recite Me toolbar to ensure the site could be used by everyone regardless of background, impairment or circumstance.

Recite Me’s accessibility toolbar was implemented on the site, giving users adjustable font size, font and background colour contrast, text-to-speech reading, and translation into over 100 languages. The Recite Me solution made Get Into Theatre fully more inclusive and gave the outreach team confidence that young people from diverse backgrounds can access opportunities and guidance, and demonstrably covered key aspects of inclusion.
