To meet this challenge Gatwick partnered with Recite Me, implementing Recite Me’s accessibility and language assistive technology via its on-site assistive toolbar.

Recite Me provided a toolbar with a screen reader, styling and reading support, plus live translation into 100+ languages with 35 text‑to‑speech voices, making Gatwick the first UK airport to offer this service. The Recite Me solution now assists thousands of users every month, helping passengers navigate and understand website content and supporting Gatwick’s goal to be the UK’s most accessible airport.
