Disability Rights Tennessee - Customer Case Study

Disability Rights Tennessee, a nonprofit legal advocacy organization that has served more than 50,000 clients since 1978, needed to ensure its website was inclusive and accessible so people with disabilities could access information, services, and donate online. To meet this challenge they partnered with Recite Me and implemented an accessibility and language support solution on their site.

Recite Me installed its assistive toolbar on the DRT website, giving users text-to-speech, fully customisable styling, reading aids and a translation tool supporting over 100 languages and 35 text-to-speech voices. The Recite Me toolbar has made DRT’s web content and services easier to understand and engage with for all visitors, and DRT reports the tool fills gaps when users lack personal assistive technology, improving access to resources and online donations.
