A Recite Me Case Study

Preview of the Disability Rights Arkansas Case Study

Disability Rights Arkansas - Customer Case Study

Disability Rights Arkansas, a nonprofit that advocates for and enforces the legal rights of people with disabilities, needed to ensure its website was fully inclusive so clients could access information, services, and support without barriers. To address this challenge, Disability Rights Arkansas implemented the Recite Me accessibility and language support toolbar across its site.

Recite Me’s toolbar gives visitors customizable options — including text-to-speech, fully customizable styling, reading aids, and translation into over 100 languages with 35 text‑to‑speech voices — so users can tailor the site to their needs and access services, news, resources, and donation pages hassle-free. The Recite Me solution improved the site’s readability and navigability, and DRA reports positive user feedback confirming the service is much needed and greatly appreciated.
