Bristol Airport, an international gateway serving millions of passengers annually, partnered with Recite Me to address the diverse needs of its travelers. The challenge was to support passengers for whom English is a second language and to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities navigating its website.

The solution from Recite Me was the integration of its accessibility toolbar across the airport's website. This toolbar provides features like a screen reader, translation into over 100 languages, and customizable styling options. The implementation was successful, and in a 12-month period, the toolbar was used by over 16,000 unique users, generating more than 74,000 page views.
