believe housing, one of the largest housing associations in the north east of England, needed to ensure its tenants could reliably access services and information online across a large and diverse service area. To maintain and improve digital accessibility during its 2019 rebrand and relaunch, believe housing continued using the Recite Me web accessibility and translation toolbar it first introduced in 2015.

Recite Me was integrated into the new believe housing website to provide features such as adjustable font size and contrast, zoom, text-to-speech, and content translation, helping tenants pay rent, report repairs, and view available properties in the format or language they prefer. The Recite Me solution has been praised by believe housing for improving the overall customer experience, is simple to implement, and has been in continuous use for four years, widening access to online services for a range of user needs.
