Auriga Services, which manages charitable trust funds for organisations including Severn Trent Water, United Utilities, Thames Water, the NHS and local authorities, supports people to come out of debt and rebuild their lives. Many of Auriga Services’ customers are overwhelmed by their financial situations or do not speak English as a first language, so Auriga engaged Recite Me and its assistive toolbar to make online support more accessible.

Recite Me’s toolbar was implemented on Auriga Services’ website to let users customise page styling (colours, link and text size), use reading aids to mask distractions, and access real‑time translation into over 100 languages with 35 text‑to‑speech voices. The solution makes it easier for vulnerable and non‑English‑speaking customers to find help online, supporting Auriga’s mission of “Changing Lives Every Day” and helping the organisation continue to serve the 1.9 million people it has assisted; Auriga praised Recite Me for its fast, helpful implementation and ongoing support.
