Anglian Building Products - Customer Case Study

Anglian Building Products, the large-project division of Anglian Windows working in social housing refurbishment, needed a more flexible way to engage residents and make project information accessible throughout the customer journey. To meet this challenge they implemented Recite Me’s website accessibility solution to better support diverse resident needs.

Recite Me was added to the Anglian Building Products website and its logo placed on printed guides, delivering audio, styling, reading and translation tools so residents can easily access pre- and post-work information. The change made resident information more inclusive, supported expansion of customer resources, and—according to Anglian Building Products—has proven to be a great accessibility solution they would happily recommend.
