Magnus Health, the leading provider of student medical record software, was struggling with a manual, time-consuming feedback and roadmapping process: client services manually entered feature requests into Salesforce, exported data, and individually reviewed and prioritized items, which left key customer insights overlooked. To address this, Magnus adopted Receptive’s feedback and roadmapping platform and integrated it via single sign-on to centralize customer input.
Receptive was rolled out at Magnus’s stakeholder conference and operationalized with a new workflow — product owners review incoming feedback, items start in “Awaiting Feedback,” and stakeholders use the Receptive SmartList during weekly “Feature Request Fridays” to decide roadmap additions. The result: Receptive rapidly improved transparency and efficiency, reduced hours spent on manual reviews, uncovered competitor-used features and new market/product insights, and allowed Magnus to focus more on delivering care.
