OneBridge, a developer of SaaS products for the oil and gas pipeline industry, faced a long list of potential features but limited development resources and no practical way to prioritize them into a roadmap. To address this, OneBridge turned to Receptive to help manage and evaluate their feature backlog.
Receptive was integrated into OneBridge’s workflow, where the team entered existing requests, rated each item for effort and value, and used Receptive’s effort-vs-value visualization to identify low-effort/high-value features to build and avoid low-value/high-effort work. Using Receptive, OneBridge delivered many of the prioritized high-value features ahead of launch, reduced time spent managing priorities, and focused development on features customers wanted.
