CEO Marcus Geromes sought a turnkey, easy-to-use visitor management solution and selected The Receptionist’s iPad app to address the disruptive check-in process.

The Receptionist for iPad was installed and immediately adopted by visitors, delivering fast check-in notifications, reducing door-checking interruptions, and easing client anxiety. Therapy Space rolled the system out to three additional locations (two more in Nashville and one in Dallas) and uses The Receptionist’s Location Management to centrally manage sites, improving professionalism and streamlining check-in across their network.
