Luno, a rapidly growing Bitcoin company with about 42 employees, needed a high-tech, non-disruptive way for visitors to announce themselves so ringing a doorbell wouldn't disturb its engineering teams. To match its future-focused culture, Luno selected The Receptionist and its product The Receptionist for iPad to provide an automated, intuitive check-in experience.

The Receptionist deployed its iPad check-in station outside Luno’s main office and customized buttons so visitors simply tap the employee they’re there to see; that employee then receives an instant notification. The Receptionist’s solution eliminated the doorbell, moved check-in to before visitors enter, required no live receptionist or ongoing support, and kept Luno’s workspace quiet and running smoothly.
