Contours Studios is a mindful movement studio offering Pilates, Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, Tai Chi, meditations, and movement training. Founder Rana Jabbour struggled with an awkward, manual check-in process that left clients unable to easily sign in or notify trainers, so she implemented The Receptionist for iPad.

The Receptionist set up an iPad kiosk where clients enter their name, select session/time and instructor, sign to document attendance, and automatically notify staff. The new system streamlined check-ins, ensured trainers receive timely arrival notifications, created reliable attendance records, and — as Jabbour reports — restored the “peace of mind” the Contours Studios experience aims to deliver.
