To replace a manual Google Drive-and-paper sign-in system, the school selected The Receptionist’s visitor management solution, The Receptionist for iPad, to automate attendance tracking and campus sign-ins.

By customizing The Receptionist for iPad as their check-in interface, B Sharp now captures student and teacher sign-ins/outs, sends teachers text notifications when students arrive, and generates visitor logs used for attendance reports and payroll. The Receptionist reduced the time spent compiling attendance reports, improved payroll accuracy tied to student volume, and gave managers real-time visibility into who’s in the building.
